Álvaro Nieves, CEO and Founder, is a highly trained professional with a Real Estate license in the state of Florida, Public Notary Commission and certified translator, member of the American Translators Association (ATA). With more than 20 years of experience in business leadership, he stood out at Procter & Gamble as director of the Market Strategy and Planning Group, leading teams and developing strategies that significantly increased sales. This multifaceted experience in management, sales and marketing, along with his focus on customer service, makes him an exemplary leader who works to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Antonio Small, Vice President for the American Market, holds an MBA in Higher Education and has dedicated much of his 5-year career to empowering people through education and professional development. His work at Goodwill, as a Career Coach, was highlighted by his commitment to training and supporting youth and adults in vulnerable situations. Antonio designed customized programs to develop key skills, such as job interviews and job search techniques, and helped dozens of people achieve economic stability through employment opportunities. His leadership experience, combined with a customer-centric approach, strengthens Nuestra Casa en Florida's mission by providing solutions that truly make a difference in the lives of our customers.
